Mix Designs

Natural State Onsite Concrete's volumetric concrete trucks are constructed to keep the sand, gravel, water, cement, and admixtures separated until the mixing cycle starts. The mixing cycle begins only when the customer’s crew is ready to pour. Once the mixing begins it will then start the chemical reactions within the concrete. This process allows for fresher concrete as opposed to ready mix trucks which may mix the concrete an hour or more before pouring.

Flexibility

Volumetric trucks bring the batch plant to your job location. The operator can start and stop the mixing process at any time while onsite to make slight changes to the workability of the concrete at the request of the customer.

Volumetric trucks can make changes depending on the need of each pour. Several different psi strengths can be produced within each load. If a driveway and equipment pad are needed at the same location and they require different psi strengths, this change can be made without the need for a different load to be delivered.
